Marcela was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, where she lived until 2001 when she moved to the United States. Her previous experience with customer service in banking and as an administrative assistant for Rogers Public Schools. Marcela is enjoying learning about the insurance business. She is fluent in Spanish. Marcela is married to Frank Noboa and has two sons, Francisco (19) and Daniel (17). She enjoys spending time with her family and loves to travel.
